Reminder About Collection Pickup

Hello Thorsby!

We'd like to remind residents to please have your bins or recycling out for collection, as advised, by 7:00am on any given collection day per the scheduled pickup calendar, and take care that they are in proper position for pickup.

Collection trucks can arrive as early as 7:00am and as late as 10:00pm, or 11:00pm with a special permit. If needed, it is also best practice to put bins out the night before to ensure they are in position for pickup.

Also please take care that your bin is visible, not located too far back on your driveway for trucks to reach, and are not over-stuffed so much that they cannot be properly tipped without spillage.

All pickups by Integrity are monitored with truck cameras, and every reported missed pick-up call is investigated and treated with care and concern. As such, Integrity is able to see with 100% accuracy what is occurring at the exact moment of pickup, including if bins are not out, not in proper position, are over-stuffed, or have any other concerns.

If you've followed all proper guidelines as advised and your bin is still not collected as of the following day of collection, please feel free to reach out to the Thorsby Town Office.
