NOTICE OF AMENDMENT TO BORROWING BYLAW #2026-05

TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Town of Thorsby, in the Province of Alberta, has reviewed and provided first reading to Bylaw #2026-11 to amend Borrowing Bylaw No. 2026-05. This amendment bylaw can be reviewed here.

This amendment does not change or alter existing borrowing amounts, but instead is intended to provide continued compliance with municipal borrowing guidelines.
