Notice of Borrowing Bylaw #2026-06 Water Main Improvements on 53rd Avenue and 54th Street

SECTION 251 - THE MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT ACT

TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Town of Thorsby, in the Province of Alberta, has reviewed Borrowing Bylaw No. 2026-06 which will, upon final passage and approval, authorize the proper officers of the said Town of Thorsby to borrow from the Province of Alberta in the amount of $500,000.00 for a period not to exceed ten (15) years. The purpose is for the Water Main Improvements on 53rd Avenue and 54th Street.

All required approvals for the project have been obtained, and the project is in compliance with all Acts and Regulations of the Province of Alberta.
