TOWN OF THORSBY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Bylaw #2023-08 Amendment to Land Use Bylaw #2017-02
Council will hold a Public Hearing for Bylaw #2023-08 Amendment to the Land Use Bylaw #2017-02, in which any person may ask questions or make comments. The Public Hearing is scheduled for August 8, 2023 at 7:00pm.
Bylaw 2023-08 proposed to amend the land use bylaw to
- remove definition of “housing, modular” and reference to housing, modular from table 12.4.1, 12.5.1 and 12.7.1.
- clarify the definition of “housing, manufactured” and “housing, mobile”
- add requirements for development permits for housing, manufactured
- redesignate Lot 6 and Lot 7, Block 1, Plan 162 4250 (5202 48 Avenue and 5204 48 Avenue) from R2 to MHS
A copy of Bylaw #2023-08 Amendment to Land Use Bylaw #2017-02 may be picked up or inspected at the Town of Thorsby Administration office, during regular office hours, by email: info@thorsby.ca or by fax: 780-789-3779.
Written or verbal submissions can be made by any person who claims to be affected, or from any other person council agrees to hear from. Written submissions regarding Bylaw #2023-08 Amendment to Land Use Bylaw #2017-02 will be accepted on or before Thursday, August 3, 2023 at 4:30pm.
